Pop is washed.

Barnes was struggling against his matchup so pop replaced him with Turner. Turkeys coach then replaced that guy and pop countered with Middleton.

Anyone have a box score? I'm just tuning in.

Obviously, the US still has more talent than the rest of the world, but the gap has been clearly narrowed. In the past, the US could win with any team. No longer.

Tatum did a nice piece of acting. It was a foul but not anything close to Tatum’s acting job.

Wow, the box score does not look good for this team right now. I'm glad I am working and not watching, otherwise, I would probably be pretty upset haha

The Turks have NBA players on their squad though. These teams can't be underestimated.

The US isn’t playing with its best players. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves.

Kinda true, but not entirely. Preparation, chemistry and familiarity of the players on the team is key. USA keeps just throwing a bunch of players together hoping pure individual talent will be enough. That doesn't work unless you bring the absolute best.

Also, non USA players really **** care about their national team (and they take advantage of being familiar with FIBA rules).

Yeah, Tatum is a whopping 3/11 from the field for 11pts.

Yet people want to talk **** about as to why Joe Harris (4-6 FG, 2-3 three pointers 11pts) is on the team when Tatum has been horribly inefficient the entire tournament thus far.

Ironic that Turkey are not in the 9 teams listed in this poll. I think we've overrated the USA
