Congrats to Argentina, impressive showing. So many lucid players. Very happy for Scola. This is a disaster for Serbia, Đorđević won't survive this.

LOL. A midget point guard and a 39 years old center was enough to beat that "great Serbia team".

This is the complete opposite of watching the Suns play. It's a nice feeling.

Also, we make a great talking about USA and their need to stay focused, but at least Popovich is making its guys defend and run. Serbs are the arrogant team of the wc so far.

There's no reason for Campazzo to give up a prime role with Madrid for a sub role in the NBA.

They are not the best team on paper. Just the more overhyped and the more arrogant one. Spain totally destroyed them. And now Argentina is doing the same, is not even a close game.

Serbia has been the easier team to face in this round. Only Bogdanovic has produced and played Defense.

I agree that they are overhyped and arrogant, I was talking about this game. I think Serbia has a superior roster, they just played with arrogance.

Scola oputplays Jokic, Varejao outplays Giannis. Two players considered as MVP caliber in the NBA. Crazy tournament.

Gonna backfire at one time.

Spain won the FIBA eurobasket three out of four times between 2009 and 2015. This goes to show how good that team was. They simply dominated European basketball.

For some reason, you clearly lack the necessary objectivity, thus it’s pointless continuing to debate with you.

and this team just started their path to euro dominance. i believe they are already better right know than that spain then. you can believe otherwise

Well then...

how is this a shocker? serbia is coming off a loss and people were saying this a toss up. Sorry we didn't get to see serbia man handle USA like you envisioned.

I didn't envision such thing, you are lying.

They rotated like crazy, that wasn't the problem. They simply didn't play well in their last two games, similarly to Team USA against Turkey, just obviously with way worse timing.

Props to Scola, really. Incredible heart and affection for his country. Incredible technique and priceless experience. Hats off.

So I guess that settles it: this definitely was not the best European team ever.

Funny how perception changes when you're no longer playing the Philippines or Angola...

If he leave Serbia, do we replace Collet by him?!

Being top big man in the NBA and MVP does not mean jack **** in World Cup if you can not shoot or play defense. This is brilliant.
