People complaining about lack of full games, this is how ALL the championship discs are. 70 minute documentary (running down the whole season), then a bunch of extras.

I've never seen past releases end up on torrent sites (or discount bins tbh), but I fully expect someone in here to rip & upload the disc at some point. It'll go well with the Open Gym & full games, custom set soon come !

I did notice that the disc was only showing up on the US NBA Store and not the Canadian site. There are even some other cool championship items that are not available to us in Canada. What a joke.

Someone did post a link to get the disc on amazon.ca though...

I want it officially made by the Raptors organization with all the games from the start of the playoffs to the end, with championship parade and everything related. I'd pay $500 for it to have multiple blu rays, this seems ultra short and not what I expected.

I really like what they did with the mini movies for the finals, but I would have preferred each game be compressed to about 10 minutes not 6 or so that they did, they felt a bit rushed and a lot of the details of how the games unfolded felt left out.

Youtube has the games in 10 mins but they are choppy with the commentators being cut off etc and doesn't really capture the drama of the good games with how they are sequenced.

I guess the alternative is to download the full games but it would be nice to enjoy each series in an hour or so or have a party for friends and over a few hours enjoy the whole playoff drama in winning the championship.

I will still definitely check out the dvd, I'm sure there are many moments I forgot about that they will highlight. The description of the contents is weird though! And only 90 mins?

Before conspiracy theory talk starts about the quality of the video (this is the Raptors board...we know it's gonna happen), note that last years Warriors video is 70 minutes. I think the NFL is the one that does the great box set compilation, the NBA just does this short thing.

This is basically just a collectors item that you can show the grandkids in 30 years. Any footage you want to see can be found on youtube.
