If we see the Astros in the playoffs then I think we can all agree that we should IBB Yordan Alvarez every at-bat.

Is it nice to have? Of course. Important? No. Ask the Royals, Indians, Dodgers if having homefield in game 7 meant anything.

Its important. We lost many 1 run games with the opponent home crowd behind them.

Agree to disagree.

It's nice to have, dont think its crucial. Good pitching is more important than having homefield or not. Think the home team has won the series 51% of the time since 2001. It's around that #, read in an article last week. But basically my point is out of the major sports homefield matters the least in baseball come the postseason.

No hes done, good start though, good sign hitting 98, good for him to be in a first and 3rd situation in the 1st inning and getting out of it.

I think that homefield advantage would of worked in my favor a couple of years ago when we faced the Astros, just my opinion.

Britton came back in 4 months from a full achilles tear but wasn't back to his normal self for over a year.

This team wasn't built to make it this far with all the injuries throughout the year.

That's why I won't complain too much how this season ends up.
