Personally, I always liked Deck as a player. He always seemed to play well with Argentina's national team and in FIBA Americas league, whenever I watched it.

However, he was pretty awful all of last season with Real Madrid. He was pretty much very clearly their worst player last season. So maybe he's not that good for that level, or maybe he's one of those players that has talent, but that can't be successful in any team that is deep and loaded with talent (Real Madrid), and can only produce in team's where he can get a big role (Argentina NT).

Dont overdo it He avreaged like 6 turnovers a game, forced bad shots, shut uneven %. Spain went on runs every time LLull came in for him. Rubio was just the first scoring option because Gasol was unselfish playmaker. I dont follow Rubio in NBA but this WC showed while he has talent, skill why he wont ever become all NBA level like Pau and Marc.

Spain was a great team, their bench was almost as good as starting 5 in every game. They won because of that depth and Marc Gasol offence och stifling defence was the real MVP.

Either you have not seen the games or you have not watched them. Llull only brought points when Spain was losing. When winning he was a disaster. On the other side you cheat on statistics and to say "like" is not an escuse. To speak aobut "forced bad shots" and in the same sentence to praise Llull means you really have not seen more than 10 minutes of any game of Spain.

But nice to see that when Bum Adebayo said that this proves haters wrong, you jumped in to tell him that you are not wrong.
I didn't credit LLull for scoring points but Rubio was on the bench when Spain had better fit with Gasol, bench players like LLull, Claver etc. Rubio was scoring well at times but he wasnt being a very good the playmaker he is in NBA. He played like Westbrook, talking bad 3's,greenlit shooting because he was the star in his eyes. He played well at times but he wasn't the MVP. He was playing 30% shooter thinking he was midrange Kawhi, 3pt Curry. The team was great overall.

I saw every game of Spain other than the first two games against the worst teams. I didn't miss.

Rubio had fantastic shooting performance for his standards. 38.7% for 3 is very good, but if you take semis out, when he was 1/8, then you have incredible 48% for 3 in 7 games.

How is possible that Serbia (661) is only 5 point ahead of Greece (656)? Just only five f***g points?
