2019 Premier League Draft Complete

Rules and Draft Order will be here.

Trade Rules
-trades may be made anytime, starting even before the draft begins
-once a pick is on the clock it can no longer be traded
-once a pick is already made, that player can be traded in any trade package
-each side needs to send the same number of picks (1 for 1, 2 for 2, etc)
-if your 12 hours for your pick run out, no player will be automatically selected for your team. You will need to make your pick as soon as you get back to the board.

The 2 G-League promoted posters (DRK and STEV13) that havent responded to the emails yet.

Weird that he would work his way up to premier and then bail. Anyway, I guess this means we likely stay at 12 in both leagues and Qwigglez stays in Premier....that means we still need a new member for the G league just to get to 12 though.

Also with only 12 spots, we need to add another utility slot to keep it as competitive.

Im going to give it until Monday to see if anyone else shows up so each league has 13. Draft order will be done on Monday, and we will be starting the draft on Monday as well.
