This is my kind of player. He said he hated our guts in Chicago.

We got ourselves a real one again. In his prime real one. Very lucky to have him. Going to be a fun season.

Jimmy Butler talking about Tyler right now. He really really loves Tyler. Please don't include him in any fake trades from here on out

Sounds like Riley fanned the flame on the whole "Point Justise" experiment lol

I'm loving EVERYTHING I'm hearing from Jimmy right now. This is perfect guy to teach a guy like Herro and match brawns/wits with Winslow.

Pls tell me fanning the flames is good and we seeing that Point Winnie vibe. My body is ready.

Paraphrasing here...
Although he understands Winslow's preference, didn't really care for him expressing his desire for the designation of "point guard", and also quipped that he was going to fine him 50k and give that money to Dragic (lol)

Re: Official Offseason thread Vol 3: Bck2BACK
Winslow wanting to settle in on 1 position in defiance of management who values his versatility feels like a milder and less contentious version of the Minkah Fitzpatrick situation.

Sounds to me Riley still views Dragic as the starting PG yet again by his comments. Would not shock me to see Winslow start out as the backup PG coming off the bench in a swiss army role.

Feel like Justise's talents evoke point guard more so than Dragic's. I like Riley's moves. Don't care too much for his mutterings.

I am sure Riley sees the mid season trade deadline as a big opportunity to possibly make another significant move. He knows Goran is the key player in any trade. He needs to increase his current value and wants to avoid including our young players in any trade at all cost.

He's been here 4 years and still has no idea what he's supposed to be doing or what he can even do...it's time to get defiant

They will lose him if they do that. It wasn't that long ago that Justise was in a funk, and it took the return of Wade and Wade encouraging him to get him going again. Wade's not coming back through those doors. If they kill his spirit again, he's done.
