The **** Trump did is like 10000x worse than anything Joe Biden did. You know this, but you're on your crusade and you'll carry water for Trump and spread a bunch of debunked garbage in the name of owning the Democrats. Good **** bro! Very cool posting!

I don't think he's made one post about these Trump bombshells....

I mean, I do find it distasteful on some level that Hunter Biden is doing much better for himself than he would have otherwise if his dad wasn't Joe Biden but casual nepotism is an entirely different conversation than "Dems are defending Bidens' corruption" especially since it's been very thoroughly stated that:

(1) Joe was pushing for a *more* stringent Ukrainian AG to prosecute corruption.
(2) Hunter had nothing to do with the corruption being investigated

President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

Yup, no quid pro quo there. By the way, Hunter Biden is the democrat's version of Jared Kushner. A scummy, power-abusing, pampered **** that was given cushy 7-figure jobs just for being the child of an elite. The fact that the Democrats are trying to protect him says a lot about how corrupted and pathetic they are.

VIRAL RUMORS THAT Joe Biden abused his power as vice president to protect his son’s business interests in Ukraine in 2016, which spread last week from the pro-Trump media ecosystem to the New York Times, are “absolute nonsense,” according to Ukraine’s leading anti-corruption activist. That evaluation is backed by foreign correspondents in Kiev and a former official with knowledge of Biden’s outreach to Ukraine after President Viktor Yanukovych was deposed in a popular uprising in 2014.

The truth, Kaleniuk said, is that Shokin was forced from office at Biden’s urging because he had failed to conduct thorough investigations of corruption, and had stifled efforts to investigate embezzlement and misconduct by public officials following the 2014 upri

There is no question that Biden did, during a visit to Kiev in late 2015, threaten to withhold $1 billion in loan guarantees unless Shokin was dismissed. But the vice president, who was leading the Obama administration’s effort to fight corruption in Ukraine, did the country a favor by hastening Shokin’s departure, Kaleniuk said, since he had failed to properly investigate corrupt officials.

The United States and other Western nations had for months called for the ousting of Mr. Shokin, who was widely criticized for turning a blind eye to corrupt practices and for defending the interests of a venal and entrenched elite. He was one of several political figures in Kiev whom reformers and Western diplomats saw as a worrying indicator of a return to past corrupt practices, two years after a revolution that was supposed to put a stop to self-dealing by those in power.

Among the most prominent cases of official corruption Shokin had failed to pursue was against Yanukovych’s environment and natural resources minister, Mykola Zlochevsky, who had oversight of all Ukrainian energy firms, including the largest independent gas company, Burisma, which he secretly controlled through shell companies in Cyprus. After Zlochevsky was forced from office along with Yanukovych in 2014, his gas company appointed Hunter Biden to its board.

“Shokin was fired,” Kaleniuk observed, “because he failed to do investigations of corruption and economic crimes of President Yanukovych and his close associates, including Zlochevsky, and basically it was the big demand within society in Ukraine, including our organization and many other organizations, to get rid of this guy.”

By getting Shokin removed, Biden in fact made it more rather than less likely that the oligarch who employed his son would be subject to prosecution for corruption.

It would fit - though they don't seem to have similar personalities. Btw, I'm pretty sure SD uses at least 2 other usernames when the mood strikes him. Do I care? Hey, if this gives him an outlet and he's not acting completely insane - I don't have a problem with it. And it must be hard on him not bragging about... being a multi millionaire dentist, a multi millionaire real estate investor, a former Navy Seal, having a Playboy Playmate girlfriend, etc, etc.

Yeah, this is an excellent example of what's going on. The Obama administration says "hey, the entire Western world wants this do-nothing corrupt prosecutor, who is letting Russia-related Mafiosi get off scott free, without investigation, fired. So I'm withholding this $1 billion in aid until you do it."

Trump, the base moron that he is, thinks, oh it's totally fine to withhold aid to get what I want. "Hey Ukraine, I'm withholding this aid until you INVESTIGATE MY PERSONAL ENEMIES BECAUSE IT'S ALL ABOUT ME ME ME ME ME" and then when the Dems go "IMPEACH THE MFER" he's all "this is totally normal, you do it too!" because he is an insane narcissist who can't even *imagine* that there are interests in the universe *other than his own.* He is mentally incapable of making the distinction between his own interests and the interests of the United States.

So Barr is mentioned in the whistleblower complaint and promptly goes to Italy. Pompeo is exposed as having been in on the phone call to Ukraine while playing dumb about the complaint ('I've only read two paragraphs') and promptly goes to Italy. I know it's beautiful and all, but I do wonder what is going on there in particular.

The conspiracy counter narrative is flying fast in the attempt to obfuscate the central thrust of the impeachment inquiry, but it's interesting how there are parallel counter punch releases of info ie/ moats with crocodiles...! also making the news. I think the truth will be most astonishing of all - it already has proven to be. These are unprecedented times.

EDIT: Pompeo's visit to Italy was scheduled and part of his duties. But Barr and the coincidental tie in to Italy are still lingering questions.

Pompeo's yet another one who looks and acts like a comic-book character rather than... a human being. He knows he got caught with his pants down, and now he's trying moronically to save himself from humiliation... in front of the... distinguished professionals in the Department of State. Guess what Mr. Pompous, it's too late now. You f'd up; own it. You owe that to the... distinguished professionals in the Department of State - assuming there are some left.

For reference, Hunter Biden was appointed to the board of Burisma in April 2014. The tying of aid to firing Shokin, the corrupt do-nothing general prosecutor started in late 2015.

I've seen a few tweets in my feed saying Hunter came on board Burisma after Shokin was fired but this isn't true. If you were wondering.

Privately, the president had often talked about fortifying a border wall with a water-filled trench, stocked with snakes or alligators, prompting aides to seek a cost estimate. He wanted the wall electrified, with spikes on top that could pierce human flesh. After publicly suggesting that soldiers shoot migrants if they threw rocks, the president backed off when his staff told him that was illegal. But later in a meeting, aides recalled, he suggested that they shoot migrants in the legs to slow them down. That’s not allowed either, they told him.

Not sure whether to laugh or cry.

It used to be once or twice a week there'd be something crazy like that - and that was way too much. Now, it's unusual when it's not twice a day... It's not time to laugh or cry; it's time to drink heavily and hope it was just a bad dream.
