I could have sworn this little girl was Kyrie for a moment.

I believe there’s enough salty Knick, Celtic and Lebron shills in the media that it’ll be hard for Kyrie to get the recognition he deserves.

Not to nitpick this too much, but I have no idea when that word started being used the way it is nowadays (usually in politics, it seems like). "Shill" actually means "paid accomplice." One who acts like an ordinary spectator, like a stooge at a faith-healing event, for example.

We don’t have a Christmas game this season and Kyrie will be returning to Boston AFTER Thanksgiving. Not too much of a coincidence.

I didn't know that Kyrie was part Native American. No wonder dude said **** Thanksgiving, I don't blame him or anyone else who is Native for saying that.

Kyrie broke a bone in his face. Currently day to day.
Knowing our luck - he'll miss all of training camp + preseason and the first couple games of the year.

Bring back the Black Panther mask!
Who's going to sacrifice for their teammates here? Defense? Unselfishness?

Re: Official Welcome Home Kyrie Thread
Kyrie has been all in thus far, so it’s only right the media has to attempt to ruin it.
According to ESPN's Jackie MacMullan, Irving's mood swings are an "unspoken concern" for Brooklyn and make the organization "queasy":
"When Irving lapses into these funks, he often shuts down, unwilling to communicate with the coaching staff, front office and sometimes, even his teammates. Nets team sources say one such episode occurred during Brooklyn's trip to China, leaving everyone scratching their heads as to what precipitated it. There's hope that Durant will be able to coax his friend into a better frame of mind."

Macmullin is a Boston journalist who has an agenda and is a mouthpiece for bostons front office. She already was caught lying when she tweeted out that kyrie refused to sign basketballs for charity and got called out when someone who got one of the balls showed his signature was on it
that and there is no way the nets front office is leaking anything, let alone to a boston reporter with a known vendetta against kyrie

Re: Official Welcome Home Kyrie Thread
Thanks for posting that Prok. I've received like 3 notifications already this morning about this, so I thought I better jump on RGM and see what everyone is saying about this.
I wasn't all that concerned to be perfectly honest, but to know there is a Bostonian behind this makes me feel better regarding the validity of the report.
People already want this man to fail. I wish the media would leave him alone, so he can focus on his legendary reign in Brooklyn.

If people actually read the article and not snippets from other media outlets, there's zero to be concerned about. Absolutely nothing.

Re: Official Welcome Home Kyrie Thread
Sad that Some in the media feel the need to continue the character assassination of Kyrie. Its a new season, Kyrie's time in Boston is over. Let it be.
