It’s a good thing to put one’s team first.

The Vegan diet strikes again.

Stress fracture? When did he get it? Is this what was bugging him the second half last year?

Vegan?! Why does it have to be vegan with these guys... It would seem like fish oils would be essential to mental and physical recovery. At least eat some salmon every once in a while.

Jumaine Jones always ate two beef hot dogs right before a game... Vegan is fine with me.

Vegan is better for performance because the fuel is lighter on digestion.

I don't really see why they need to be vegan all year, just vegan during the season.

The diet is also not for everyone. People should know that vegan diet is better in most cases but not all. In some people a vegan diet is bad.

It definitely didn't affect his stress injury. Practicing hard all summer to be the third star would have done it.

That's HILARIOUS!. The #1 complaint of vegans is their horrible bloating, gas, and digestive issues. Could you even fathom the pile of beans, chickpeas, seeds, lentils, yeast, and soy (read: ESTROGEN), required to shovel down one's throat every hour just to get the requisite amount of calories and protein required to keep a 6'9 human being functioning on that level? He's gotta be grazing every single waking hour just like his fellow massive vegan cows and gorillas. Yep, super "light on digestion"

And ya, a non-contact stress fracture in your foot from normal running and jumping is SUPER NORMAL for a 24 year old athlete with no injury history. It's just a big coincidence that it happened precisely after he cut animal protein, fat and COLLAGEN out of his diet completely.

Diet is to some degree an individual matter. What’s good for one might not be good for another. I doubt diet created the stress fracture. Working his ass off is more likely the reason.

The bloating usually goes down as you get used to the high dietary fibre that you start eating when you go all out vegan. If it doesn't then you can avoid foods that fall under the FODMAP umbrella but the problem then is that all kinds of good vegan protein is lost.

I grew up vegetarian but once I moved out on my own, I personally found the best diet that works for me is pescatarian.

Puma just bet $15M on Kuzma. Smart bet if you ask me.

All-star, yes. If not this season, next.

https://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap/255568/Kyle-Kuzma-Signs-Five-Year-$15M-Deal-With-Puma

The perks of playing on a big market team...

Hear that, Iggy? Hear that, Nurkic?

Make things happen, change agents, shake things up, somehow force a move to LA now and be a part of NBA legacy. If not for that and the potential side cash, why not for the vistas?

The two would more or less complete this roster.

Iggy should definitely be a part of this team. It’s just so. Just like AD was always worthy of no lesser jersey than the for him inevitable Lakers jersey, I think Iggy’s career should end with Laker lore. He’s a lock for the HOF with another ring with a second team. I hate to say it but he should get an agent with leverage on Memphis. There is a way to get this done in a non-combative way, Iggy!

would trade him for lillard (or similar) in a heartbeat

If only such a miracle offer came along. I'd probably entertain an offer if they gave us McCollum to be honest (though due to that contract they'd have to give us something else).

How can you trade a guy making $1.9M for both McCollum AND someone else?

btw.... adding Lillard to Bron and Davis sounds like a video game move..... it would not result in a net add IMHO. A role player who will fit in where needed is very valuable to a team with a couple top stars. Adding that 3 star is risky when it's at the expense of a fitting role player. For every Kobe there was a Fisher..... for Shaq there was a Fox. You need those guys more than you think when you have ball dominant stars.

Anybody who wants to sign Lillard must have forgot that he doesn’t play defense. He will therefore never be a champ. Well, unless he takes a $20M pay cut and comes off the bench.

Kuzma makes $1.9M. Now is the worst timing in his entire career to trade him.

Kuz is a role player.. I don't see all star level talent on his horizon. At his age he'd already be showing us that he is an allstar level player if he had it in him

Role player. He doesn't play defense and he's a streaky shooter. But he's a quality piece.

Someone said he's an all star in the East. Not even.
