Oh man, I remember coming across those Badji clips earlier this year! What an absolute physical freak.

I know its he doesnt have alot of film yet but he is one of the more intruiging prospects I have seen in recent years, dude is very raw but his size and athleticism is just truly off the charts.

If he has any aptitude to pick up the game and or the passion to play it he has the capability of being the best big in the game with those insane gifts and it won't take long for it either. Haven't been this intrigued with a big since JoJo.

Ibou Badji

He's slated for the 2021 draft class (the one with the wings) super raw but the potential is insane 17 years old, 7'1" 230lbs, 7'8" wingspan, 9'10" standing reach.

Jeez louise. I'll be keeping a close eye on his development from here on out. That Senegalese jollof is doing him well.

found a full game of Ibou Badji for those interested in that sort of scouting

even as early as from the beginning of the game till when he's first subbed out you see just how much is there to work with and just how far he has to go.

Enjoy and share your thoughts.

How accurate is a bigger Jrue Holiday for a Cade Cunningham comp?

His passing is on another level. I have him as a 6'6 Jazz Deron Williams.

I dont think the difference is major. Cade doesn't have the crossover though.

has a good in and out and seems to lull defenders to sleep when he drives which is a great tool to have when you're not super explosive with your first step. don't know why i'm struggling so much to like this kid. His game is the type of game i usually love in a prospect. I've caught full games and he does seem to just be ahead of everyone else out there. Maybe it's the class he's in, or maybe i just need to see if he remains ahead of folks when the talent increases game in and game out. IDK. still tuned in though.

have you had a chance to see Karim Mane SG prospect out of Canada, think he's playing for or will be playing for Izzo at MSU. 6'5" 190lbs 7'0" wingspan with some combo guard potential. Also slated for the 21' draft class. Soooooo much intrigue in that class.

I wouldnt be shocked if its just the class. Especially if/when you add in Kuminga, the class is looking pretty damn good. And it gives you a bit of every kind of wing/big guard you could want. You got your raw athletes, you got your skilled shooters, you got your point forwards, you got your huge PG.

And no haven't seen him yet. What he play like?

honestly Cade reminds me a lot of Cam Reddish in HS...not quite as long or as athletic but more controlled, more consistent

I get Joe Johnson vibes from Cade. Looking forward to seeing him do some major things in the future.

Not sure where you're coming from there. He can get to the top of the square pretty easily. Like this is basically off one step.
