If the Thunder have never won a championship because that franchise's championship was won by the Sonics, then the Wizards have never won ( the Bullets don't count ).

If OKC has never won a championship because the title was won by Seattle, then Ballmer's franchise has already won because Los Angeles has won many times and the Timberwolves get credit for the titles won when Mikan led the team?

If the question is "first championship ", the Nets and Pacers don't qualify because they both raised trophies in the ABA.

I also like the Nuggets as a dark horse. MPJ could potentially push them to that next level.
