From everything I've been hearing it's going to be Paxton starting game 1.

Rays vs. Astros it is.

Good luck with all that. Wish they could eliminate each other.

Leggo Paxton. I like him in game 1. He's on fire and he has the mentality.

I understand using Voit over Ford due to Voit's penance to come up big in situational batting. I don't think they'll use him in the 1st 2 games.

Lyons? This is why what German did was stupid.

Man I'm so hyped for tonight. This team won me over this year after I was upset with their offseason. I believe in these guys moreso than any Yankee team since '09. One of those teams where the sum is greater than it's parts. Fuq the Stros. We got this chit.

You good with Paxton over Tanaka? Who's the first reliever in if Paxton doesn't have it? Green?

Has he ever pitched in the post season? Tanaka's battled tested in that department.

A strikeout swinging is way more forgivable, then swinging on 3-0, and that pitch was going toward the dirt.

Game 2 is actually more pressure then game 1, I feel about Tanaka the way I have always felt about Andy Pettitte always pitching game 2 of a series.

Judge and Encarnacion get it, Gardner and Stanton swung at stupid pitches.
