Just curious how do you expect us to sign those 3 while staying under the tax?

In that scenario then the Bucks don't get Robin, Wes, Hill, Indiana 1st & 2 seconds correct?

And how do you avoid the tax next season?

I loved having Brogdon here but if this team is going to compete long term (note long term and not just for a year or two) hes the type of guy you need to replace with cheaper options.

Whether the Bucks are able to do that is the question

Brogdon is a guy who is great on his rookie contract, but isnt good enough to be one of the top three highest paid players on the team. It’s really that simple. I never saw the Bucks retaining Brogdon and would have much preferred they traded him last year, but understand why they didn’t.

Just watched Kings vs pacers game...Bledsoe has to play at an all star level all season for me to not constantly harp and complain about the bucks prioritizing him over Brogdon. He looks great!

Needs to be better offensively bud also needs to give him more PNR opportunities for us to get the best of him on that end

They also would’ve needed to get rid of Ersan. It was about as improbable of a scenario as could be. The players would’ve had to specifically structure their deals to help the team. Wasn’t going to happen.

Who are the teams in the Association who wouldn't play Malcolm Brogdon 28-32 minutes a night and be happy to do it at that price?

I'm amazed that so many are incredibly confident one way or the other on Brogdon. I honestly am still torn on what the right call was however many months later.

I could and have been wrong before, but with his injury history, age, and limited game I feel pretty good. Will be a good player for as long as that foot holds up, but I wouldn’t want to pay him what he got paid.

My guess is Brogdon would've signed the qualifying offer rather than agree to a four year contract with the Bucks.

I think given his injury history that would be unlikely.

We are going to miss the hell out of Brogdon, especially if we have any injuries at guard, He’s a perfect fit for the Pacers, they are going to be a fun team to watch,
Shoot, Move, and Communicate...

I know right. The way they collapsed last year while he was out should have been the huge warning sign that they can't win without him.

Heh.

Hope Brog does well in Indy but I'm also glad we got the pieces we did, and the picks. It will help in the regular season and in the playoffs. Man, we could not go into the season without some answer to Philly's size.

So many are incredibly confident because the unintended consequence of everyone being right on Jason Kidd two years before he was fired was a poisonous social media culture that rewarded groupthink and excommunicated dissension.

If Malcolm had been the one extended in March instead of Bledsoe and Eric was gone to the Pacers, everyone would be praising Malcolm's steady play and commitment to global community service and ripping Bledsoe for two straight terrible postseason runs.

If Khris was somehow gone, everyone would be talking about the 23,453 things you could say about Khris including him sucking in the World Championships, but since he's here, we pretend he's a reliable option and a class act instead of a inconsistent lazy wildcard.

Everyone who is on our team is the best, including somehow Donte. Everyone who isn't on our team is the worst.
