At 1st i think that ross may not have the experience but then also i feel that his respect in the clubhouse and knowledge of the game and repoire with the team could be a good bridge to the 2016 core.

We let Maddon go for these guys? Did the management not realize it was not the managers fault with this crappy bullpen?
