Hope for Langford's rookie season being interesting:

I feel like we drafted Langford to be trade bait for one of Indy’s big men when the Turner/Sabonis duo fails. Langford is an Indiana high school legend and an IU player and the Pacers would definitely be able to sell him to their fanbase.

If Indy struggles and their duo proves incompatible, I could see Langford and a couple of picks for Sabonis happening.

it'd be Jaylen being traded not Langford. But how the hell are we going to replace 13-4-1 and bad defense?

Since Hayward and Theis are basically the same player, they count as one roster spot. We only need to cut two players -- Maten and Kaiser. Tacko makes 15th spot w/Javonte and Strus as the two-way players.

Langford also could be a Smart replacement, Smart + Theis and other fillers are like 24-25 millions, with that we can trade for a starting calibre C like adams, vucevic etc or Smart for a cheap one like bamba, sabonis and fillers.
Of course some fanboys will say he is the soul of the team, untouchable and other BS, but it also makes sense. I'm not saying I would make these trades but it's an option.

There should have been some positive talk in this team preview about the upcoming season, like what our strengths are, and talking about the team's new players. Instead, it was all negativity and too much talk comparing us to who's not on the team anymore. Boooooo NBAtv, what a poorly produced show. They didn't even talk about Smart or our rookies.

I caught some of their other team previews and they weren't nearly this negative.

Hayward’s confidence is back.
Kemba isn’t as good, maybe, but he’s a better fit and a great pick and roll scorer.

The major changes are the loss of Horford/Morris/Baynes and the age of the roster.

On the perimeter, we’ll be as good or better, with Hayward back and Jaylen further along. But the frontcourt loses a major facilitator and three above average defensive bigs who can stretch the floor a little.

Barefoot heights:

Kemba- 6’0
Jaylen- 6’6
Hayward- 6’7
Tatum- 6’8
Kanter- 6’10

Guys are generally taller than I expected. With an extra inch or two added for shoes, we have a pretty tall lineup. Looks like Tatum legitimately grew an inch or so since we drafted him. Jaylen looks to have as well.
