For whatever reason, the NBA has decided to stop inviting EuroLeague teams ever since 2016 which has resulted in them inviting some quite poor international teams. Maccabi Haifa is just one of them.

I know its somewhat off topic. But for the discussion on if Doncic is more marketable than Zion. This highlight of Zion's first scrimmage has over 1 million views in less than 1 day. A freaking scrimmage in less than a day gets over 1 million views. If he lives up to the hype, we are looking at one of the most marketable stars in all of sports.

The hype machine is off the charts for Zion. He does a simple 2 handed dunk and whole arena goes crazy like he just flew out of the building. It's really ridiculous. Even Gentry had to defend him before the reporters how he is not LBJ and we shouldn't have 2high expectations for him. He just wants Zion to be Zion, whatever that means....

I was hoping Cam Reddish would start tonight with Kevin Huerter out , but Cam is on a 15 min restriction tonight

Trae and Collins will play 20-25 minutes.

Ya I liked his game last night. Hopefully that kind of shot selection is a good sign to come, not just him trying something out because its preseason then once the regular season comes around he falls back to his bad shot selection.

I think Tatum is good shot selection and volume away from being a legit 20+ scorer.

Yeah me too. I’ll even go as far and say he has the potential to lead the league in scoring one day. But then again I’m super biased. Huge Tatum fan here, still mad the Knicks didn’t tank properly for him lol

I wouldnt call that a deep team. Ben McLemore played 160 minutes last year and most likely on his last shot of staying in the league. Hartenstein is a 2nd year 2nd round pick that played 28 games last year. Tyson Chandler is 37 and on his last legs as well. Green is coming off one of his worst years as a pro and Rivers jumpshot fell back down to earth after 2 years of being a solid 3pt shooter.

I agree as much as I don’t like to admit it. Celtics got a gem there.

Ya Marques freaking Bolden is getting minutes before Garland? Its not like CLE is stacked with talent where Garland cant see the court during the 1st quarter of a preseason game.

How many times will the phrase "it's only preseason" be used in this thread on average?
