They do, but that's also WWE's failure to build any new stars (other than Daniel Bryan but he's self made really and almost in spite of what WWE wanted) in the last decade. Also nostalgia has diminishing return and ultimately, their was no real retention of that audience once they saw what was on (mostly nonsense).

That hopefully is changing if Heyman has any influence on booking or any of his previous skill as a booker from the ECW days (hell, even from the ECW reboot cause he did a good job with Punk and even guys like Morrison and Elijah Burke).

Im having my doubts about how much writing influence Heyman actually has. I know i sound like a broken record on this board, but i go back to EC3 for the perfect example. Paul Heyman can easily turn a guy like EC3 into a million dollars. Yet, he doesn't get used at all

Yeah, granted Heyman never had the wealth of talent that WWE has right now, then again if he did he'd probably use them a lot better than this i'd imagine.

Either that or he has become a genuinly bad booker.

I'm intrested tonsee what effect do Heyman and bischoff have on their shows after the draft. Watching sd on fox and you can tell they got the people out there but it's not building for anything yet. I'm guessing that will start after the draft.

Surely they know what audiences really want to see: more Bobby Lashley talking.

Theyre really just gonna not mention it and hope everyone forgets after the draft on Friday. Amazing.

Maybe the Kabuki Warriors are turning heel I have no idea what's going on...

Not sure if it's a full fledged heel turn or if they're adding a new layer to their characters or they're tweeners?
Does this make every tag-team in the division heels now?

What's funny is everyone on twitter was popping for Asuka using the green mist last night but apparently this
is still a heel tactic in 2019. Didn't Alexa and Cross use heel tactics against them during this feud? So now Bliss
and Cross are sympathetic babyfaces because they lost because of the Green mist? Can Bliss even be a non bitch
and act like a babyface? is it even possible to boo the adorable Kairi Sane?

Really I don't even care I'm just glad they're being used

2 hours and 24 minutes into the show before they mentioned the previous nights main event title match for those keeping track.

Didn't hear one person on twitter say it was a heel turn just people marking out for the green mist
plus the live crowd popped for the win last night.

Becky tweeted out a pic tonight with the green mist on her saying it's a declaration of war against Asuka
so looks like she could be entering a feud with Asuka. Which is surprising since it looks like the feud with
Sasha is over (who should'e won the belt) and what happens to Kairi Sane if Asuka is feuding with Becky Lynch?
Nothing in this company ever makes sense.

Well that was awful.

How are the Kabuki Warriors heel again (also how is Charlotte a face, i'm sorry, they made a huge mistake, Charlotte's a natural heel and Bayley's a natural face, you 100% pull a double turn there and have face bayley vs heel charlotte, that's not even a hard booking decision, that's common sense, something Vince seems to lack).

Also why do all the faces in this company absoultely suck, like they're as unlikable as sin (except the ones who started off as heels and then transitioned into faces because of popular demand i.e. Braun and Becky).

Between this and HIAC, they deserve sub 2 million views cause frankly, even the shortened version of this was terrible.

Also, Rusev should be leaving for AEW ASAP (and AEW should give him a world title run out of sheer sympathy).

This show was horrible. I get it's the RAW before the Draft, and that RAW is clearly not the A show anymore, but that whole show was brutal.

Also, the commentating team is terrible. If RAW is going to become like taped Friday Night Smackdown from the late 2000's-early 2010's, I'm out.

Alexa and Nikki have been faces for a few weeks now.

Asuka always felt better as a heel, but dunno about Kairi.

Have they? I admit I have no idea what's going on in the womens division. Bayley turned heel and nothing
changed with her character until she had a temper tantrum after losing to Charlotte. Speaking of Charlotte
she's supposed to be a Face yet she still acts like a bitch acting cocky and bragging and making douchey
facial expressions. Becky acted like a heel for most of her feud with Natalya and is always acting cocky
and belittling people.

As for Alexa and Nikki I thought they were supposed to be the mean girls that gossip or something. I do have
a hard time understanding what Nikki is saying because of the accent at times. They usually don't come out
to much of a reaction good or bad either way so at best I thought they were tweeners.

When the Kabuki Warriors won the live crowd popped and people seemed glad they finally won the tag-tittles
after their long chase. So I guess acting like a cocky bitch like Becky and Charlotte makes you a face but
using some old fashioned Green Mist and speaking a little Japanese gets you heat :)
