How did I get skipped over night?? I thought the clock didn't count then???
Not happy, the majority of my picks are happening after hours, and I'm no **** teenager.
I got skipped and a player I wanted was chosen.

Sorry if it was DeAndre but I was actually waiting for a quite some time ...thought it’s 3 hour clock waited like 6 or so ..I got scared I would get skipped also so I moved in.
I’m also in a different time zone so usually when I’m on .....picks are slow and when I go to sleep it skyrockets...First few rounds I was picking 2 to 5 am my time.Had to wake up check iPad go sleep etc and often few times since I’m near end of the round so next round starts soon for me....
....If it was Deandre and I broke some rule I can trade him Back to you.
When I was picking it was like 1 pm my time already.

the clock expired for Pick 150 at 11:03 PM EST I emailed JBSouthpaw to be OTC for Pick 151 so I think the clock should've been 11:03 PM EST to 8:03 AM EST

Yeah, this is the part of the draft where there's no potential All Stars left and it gets a little stressful that it's been going this long :/
But I checked carefully, and it seems like all the picks went as they should. Most of the people are return-veterans here, and none of them skipped ahead of the #141 pick.
Yes, the draft clock is off from midnight 12:00 AM EST to 6:00 AM EST, but that means its off for whoever is OTC. If they choose to draft, and others draft during those late night hours, then there's nothing wrong with that. And in practice, if you checked the draft thread for if you are OTC at, say 11:55 PM EST, and you're not OTC at that time, then you're safe from being skipped until like 9:00 AM EST. That's 9 hours of sleep.

Yeah, but I don't think you can pass up DJ at that point of the draft, who was an All Star center not too long ago. Good pick!

At this point I stopped caring about fit.Im not going to draft some 6-10ppg 2-3rebs -1as backup sf just for the sake of it ...I will worry about that when the time comes and some SF names I had on my shortlist this round may actually still be there when I pick next plus I figure some of you guys gotta eventually stop drafting SFs?If that plan fail I will flood you guys with trade offers so hopefully one of you will throw me a bone and trade with me.

Winslow playing PG this year makes him really, really intriguing

Hopefully (my pick) NAW can have that same exact situation going for him behind the young, injury-prone Lonzo Ball. Ofc, he's also excelling so far and the latest Magic tragedy, lol.

Bruno Caboclo was one of those two or so late season free agent pickups that boosted my playoffs team, and I really liked his game the last year, so I was really happy to keep gambling at him being available later, and finally getting him.

We're officially filling out our benches. Unless you research and find a dark horse pick that can outplay his way into a UTI or Roster spot, (for "those 13 NBA games playing in one day" kind of nights):
Kyrie Irving / Pat Beverley / UTI Tomas Satoransky
James Harden / Nickeil Alexander-Walker / UTI Nic Batum
Joe Ingles / Danny Green / BEN Bruno Caboclo
Tobias Harris / Robert Covington / BEN ?
Al Horford / Wendell Carter Jr. / BEN ?

I think there needs to be a rule on someone missing their pick like 5-6 times in a row.. either start PMing someone or the clock needs to shorten for them or something...
