2. Possibly, as a 7th or 8th seed. I'm not confident that this team will be the second half team we saw from last year. A lot of things fell our way. It would not surprise me in the least if we missed them. It also wouldn't surprise me if we finished 4th. Not much will separate spots 3-9 in the East.

10. I think Evan and our 2020 pick could get moved by the trade deadline. I don't see it as likely though. I wouldn't rule out an AG trade depending on how good/bad we start.

1) I don't have 5 but my bold prediction this year is that Fultz is our starter by December. I'm anticipating major regression from DJ's career year last year. Both as a playmaker and as a shooter. I think Fultz will show enough as a playmaker and as a defender to warrant the start over DJ and I feel like us getting off to a slow start could accelerate it.

I'm gonna break trend and offer a different type of prediction for the season. More of a general narrative and overview.

Kicking off, I think we get clear of the gates and then stumble. Lose a few we should've won. Then we go on a strong run up until December. We're looking like a potential top 4 team at this point.

December through January are the toughest points for our teams. It's likely from a variety of issues ranging from schedule strength to roster health, but it's so much more interesting just to assume the team has a collective mental hurdle around the months of December and January, so I'm doing that. This season, I think the wheels slowly fall off the bus at the start of December, and then from Christmas onwards we slide hard through January. We're now 12th in the East, and it's tight from 8-12.

Late Jan we start to rally, picking up momentum going into the all-star break. Is it because a trade has happened? Is it because we have another, possibly multiple all-stars this season? Who's to know. But we're now 10th in the East, but 8th is in range.

Then, we go hard to close out the season again. But this time we're a key player down for what looks like the remainder of the season. (Who is it?! No idea, but someone we will miss). We scrap hard and dog and tooth it into 8th.

The Bucks. Coach Bud has led another regular season leading team, and they're really rolling. Our injured player battles his way back on to the court, probably too early, but he's infected by the hustle of the team.

Early on, we steal a game. And for a brief moment we convince ourselves we have a chance! But we don't. You can't stop Giannis. We can't, anyway.

Overall, we're all happy with the grit and hustle the team showed. How much better would we have been if (X) hadn't missed games? Is this the ceiling on the team? And then we all discuss how to dismantle the team, or not for another summer - and it will be great fun all over again!
