Feeling like I nailed the preseason thread. 5 pages to 100 and 1.5 games left. As long as LeBron doesn't mention anything about China we make the under.

Sometimes the NBA is brain dead with the scheduling. Fans are going to be tired of that match up before the regular season even starts.

It looks like Riles and Spoelstra did not want to get their newest addition embarrassed so they sit Butler. Heat still put up a good offensive fight; which is surprising. Where is the vaunted defense though?

Nunn was stellar in the summer league and hasn’t lost a beat in the preseason. Led the SL in PIPM and oPIPM

There is no defense in the nba this year. We will see very high scoring games throughout the season

That would explain a lot. The Hawks summer league team did not consist of Hunter ( 1 short game ) or Reddish; much less Trae and Huerter so I really did not pay it a lot of attention.

Rockets had 42 ft attempts vs 18 plus our turnovers were terrible. We still kept it a close game without butler. Harden had to play extra minutes to even win them the game; we are a pretty deep team.

How many times will the phrase "it's only preseason" be used in this thread on average?
