NBA-TV just pointed out that this contract makes Beal more tradable

come to think of it we just traded 5 first-round picks for only 2 guaranteed years of Paul George

true we got Kawhi thrown in
but we only have 2 guaranteed years of him too...

good move by Wizards, they can certainly look to trade him in Februay if they don't see anything encouraging from Wall.

"Picks" are like funny-money. The value of ~picks gets over-inflated by some people.

Kawhi gave up millions, and then more millions, in order to 'come home'... I doubt that he has any plans on leaving after 2 years. But even beyond that, two years of true Championship contention (even with no guarantee in winning it) is worth it!

If you're not going to tank, what are you getting with those "picks"?
Jerome Robinson, Brice Johnson, CJ Wilcox, maybe you land a Shai Gills...
Then what are you left with?

Is there a list of all of the "Max Players" in the league?

Is Bradley Beal one of the worst "values" in the NBA?

I’d need to see the scenarios.

I could see his fit here though.

we have 5 of the best 6 SGs in the league

Kawhi
PG
Lou
Pat
Shamet

they all have to play out of position because there are so many SGs in the league who can't do anything else

I hate SGs
if you can't play the point or SF
you ain't dogspit
