The guy hasn't even shown he's a legit starter.

The Celtics are now paying Hayward, Kemba and Brown 95 million of a (for now) 116 million dollar cap. But could be even less of the China financial hit causes BRI to go down.
They desperately need Brown and Tatum to get a lot better and become franchise players...or wow.

The 2018 playoffs say different.

What? lol Kemba just signed there as a FA. Hayword has been a disappointment but was still a sought-after FA who chose Boston in 2017. Horford left ATL to sign with Bostin in 2016.....that's 3 top FA from their FA class in the past 4 years...
At any NY fan saying that "Stars dont wanna play in Boston"

hayward could opt out but i doubt he does. then you have the tatum extension next summer too. so for the 21/22 season, they'll have 100+ mil allocated to brown + tatum + kemba. bit of a roster imbalance since they don't have a 4/5.

Massive overpay and now is teetering on being a negative contract.
I was under the impression Danny Ainge was some masterful contract negotiator...no bueno.
