Are the draft express guys still saying they'd take him over Ben?

I would ask them, but they might only give me an answer if I give them $4.99 or something.

Zion out 6-8 weeks after arthroscopic surgery for torn meniscus.

He is lucky it is not something serious and will serve as a warning for him to drop some weight.

Man, these extensions are crazy.

This capped out Celtics team is kinda underwhelming.

Celtics blew their window by trying to underpay every time a star became available.

I didn't know Shamorie Ponds got cut by the Rockets on Saturday (and signed with the Raptors on Monday). I wish we had an open spot available for a player like him.

Actually if you ask me which Center I want for my perfect championship caliber team, I will chose Asik hands down

Hopefully this serves as the incentive for the Pelicans to do what they should have done from the start: trade Jrue and Redick for picks and tank. Keep Zion out for the rest of the season.

Jaylen Brown sucks at basketball. I must be missing something.

Agreed on the tanking. Not on sitting Zion for the season.

If I were a Pelicans fan that’s what I would want them to do. They could get some good assets back.

For Redick they would have to trade him to a contender, and therefore could probably only hope to dump the salary, maybe receive a 2nd, but for Jrue they would be able to get more.

Go with the Ball, Ingram, and Williamson for this year, and stay flexible, and draft more talent in the next few years.

Yep. Making my first trip to America next month and got tickets to my very first live match: Clippers v Pelicans. Bought them to see Zion and Redick mainly.

But ... but ... but some other team was going to give him a max and they did not want that distraction for this year. lol

Added: The supposed Boston insider on realgm said that Ainge was worried that Atlanta would throw the max at him next offseason. This is despite the team using two Top 10 picks to get SF/SG players. We know Ainge loves having 4 small forwards on the court at once, but not every other GM operates that way. The insider is probably some whacko trying to crave attention from the gullible masses. If not, I scratch my head in bewilderment.

Absolutely hilarious. Ainge winds up completely bare naked holding his junk. Not that I don't think he's smart, I just think it's funny too.

Fearless forecast: Klay to be traded for KAT.

He outsmarted himself.

He let Cousins, George, and Kawhi pass under his nose to hold on to assets that have turned into a real mixed bag.

Surprised Jaylen got that much. Banking a lot of their success on his potential.

I actually like Brown, in a vacuum, but that number is absurd. He should be making 6th man to worst starter money. This is burgeoning star cash.
They say an analytics man doesn't have a heart, but I ran the numbers and nothing can be further from the truth - Sam Hinkie probably
