A lovely although rusty win over the Lakers, that turned sweeter as Lakers' fans noise started drowning :D

Who's the man of the night?

Kawhi, but Mo Harkless looked amazing out there.

Voting for a "star" for this game minimizes the contributions that these guys made. This was a team win with almost everyone playing an important role. For example, there was one sequence I watched in the first half where the Lakers came down on four different possessions and we had 4 different defenders checking LeBron.

Kawhi's is so low key, but he showed some emotion at a coupe of points. He is the counter to PB's always on energy.

One minor play that stood out to me that many people may have missed was Moe Harkless after one of his buckets. He drove in and got the bucket and while many players would be flexing (or pounding theirs heads in days gone by), Moe simply put his arms up in an effort to impact the inbounds pass as he was running back down court. While he didn't generate a turnover, I believe he made the inbounder hesitate. Moe showed the awareness this team is going to have defensively all season.

Yeah I ended up voting Kawhi cause he was clinical at times with those jumpers out of nothing, but if Moe continues like this, he'll be a fan favorite soon enough. He was awesome in every aspect.

I had to give it to Lou. Only 2 turnovers gave him a bit of a edge over Kawhi for me but both were great

Kawhi.. honorable mention: Lou and Moe Harkless

I'mma watch Moe closely. If he somewhat brings it every night or at least every other night I doubt we'll need need Iguodola if he were to become available. Sign Noah if he gets healthy

Everyone played great.
-Loved Pat Bev's energy/intensity. Need to make his 3's though
-Trez is a beast and made a lot of impact despite being undersized going up against a bunch of 7 footers with AD, Javale, Dwight Howard
-Jymachael Green and Moe Harkless are solid roleplayers playing good defense and hitting open 3's
-Lou Williams is amazing. He is a pure scoring machine.

Disappointed in Shamet and Zubac. If Shamet comes out of his shooting slump this team will be unstoppable. Need to see more from Zubac.

What I loved most about this game, outside of individual players, was the intangibles displayed by the entire team. We came up with most of the loose balls and had a few huge offensive rebounds.

Allowing 2 or 3 selections in the poll would result in "Stars of the Game" like hockey. Props to whoever voted for Pat Bev anyway. :)

Hard to choose one, but I'm definitely going with Lou Gotti here.

Dude came off the bench when the starters had nothing going, along with Monstrezz, and just changed the game. He'd hit shots when needed to silence the crowd and Laker runs, namely the ATO jumper when Bron dunked and stared him down.

I just added another vote for Bev. Honestly, I never thought of him in this category, but he's easily becoming one of my favorite players in the league. Definitely gonna need to grab his jersey.
