Giannis wasn't going to determine the outcome of this game on the offensive side of the ball, anyway.

Did you see him in the dunker spot essentially playing C?

This guy is such a weak ass talent when talking about APEX guys in the league.

I don't get how he's in the conversation for best player in the NBA.

cause hes almost 7 feet tall, is fast as a guard, plays stellar d, can playmake, is a finishing monster and shows improvement with his shot. basically everything we hope simmons will be.

i dont get why somebody couldnt see why hes in the conversation.

No team has complete apoplectic tantrums like the rockets. love it.
They say an analytics man doesn't have a heart, but I ran the numbers and nothing can be further from the truth - Sam Hinkie probably

Westbrook fell right into the Bucks trap. They pack the lane and force the worst shooter or the opposing bigs to take more 3's than they want to attempt and eventually works in their favor.

Actually if you ask me which Center I want for my perfect championship caliber team, I will chose Asik hands down

Great all around player, but he can't do the things down the stretch that a true apex talent can.

You can't put a guy in a conversation that plays C in the halfcourt in crunchtime because he can't go on the ball and win you a game.

Ennis was starting for them before we got him. If you're a reasonably athletic wing and with a decent enough shot you can play 20 minutes for the rockets.

the Bucks are really damn good. They don't have a 2nd "star" but they are the deepest team in the league. they will get the #1 seed again.

i'll never understand why this fanbase is so dismissive towards them. people will make fun of Matthews but he's gonna be solid for them.

Watch a playoff run from Durant and Leonard and then watch one from Giannis. Ask yourself if you can envision Giannis doing what they do.

It goes both ways. Giannis is much better at creating for others, he is better defensively, draws more fouls etc. I doubt Durant would be as successful if you put him with the Bucks in Giannis stead.

Are we sure they're that deep?

Losing Brogdon and Mirotic tanks their depth significantly.

They have some bigs that can give quality minutes like Rolo and Ersan, but look at the G and wings they bring off the bench.

George Hill - 31 minutes
Pat Connaughton - 17 minutes
Kyle Korver - 15 minutes

Nah, I don't think a bigman can ever achieve that status. They're ancillary players, by nature. There will always be a couple two-way wings that can go on the ball as a #1 option more valuable than any big can ever be.

with the exception of Matisse, I would swap benches with the Bucks in a nanosecond.

looking at the box score, I did not realize the Warriors roster was that bad this year. sheesh.

literally all they have is D'Lo, Steph, and Dray

I think that's more a sign that our bench sucks, as opposed to it being a sign that they're the deepest team in the league.

I wonder if Jacob Evans will be something. He's a guy I liked quite a lot as a prospect.

Whatever happened to Patrick McCaw? He would be starting for this Warriors team by now had he not held out.

Return to Philadelphia 76ers
