If I remember correctly the Warriors (or someone associated with them) said at the time they signed Russell that it was to lock in in the value of a top contract for possible trade at the deadline. I wouldn't want Russell on that contract but someone might. I know it's a long shot but in the right circumstances someone might and they might improve themselves.

Tbh Melo and Noah would both be a big help to the Warriors. Some of it is lack of IQ out there and some of it is lack of O. Also Mackenie was the wrong guy to cut

Is it bad of me to wish this outcome in the fight?

The Warriors deserve this so much. How beautiful.

Curry is looking a step slower these days. Not sure he can carry them anymore. I am sure Russell can't... at least not at the championship threatening level. I think their window has slammed shut.

PHX has made some improvements. Ayton's bone head move aside, they look like they could make a jump this year. When they get Ayton back they will be even better. Booker is playing a little more consistent and under control as well in the early going.

Utah routing the Clippers.... why does a 28 year old need to take days off? Is he that fragile?

To be honest the warriors **** up

Livingston, Iguodala, Looney, Cook, Cousins, Mackenie, Bell, and Jerebko is enough to compete out west with Curry and Draymond to Klay got right

Instead they hard capped themselves with an all star who wasn’t really an all star but was a replacement by the commish. They cut every vet from the team that knew the O and played D. They hard capped themselves. And they went out and got Stein, Robinson, Chriss, and Burks like that was good.

Had they not forced a KD sign and trade they could have had their team that made the playoff run and an exemption to get another talent back. Right now they are the team who are the walking add for Melo, Noah, and ISO Joe right now because those 3 are better than any guy they have from 4-15 on their roster

Hey look Luke lost again 0-5. How much longer until he gets fired?

Probably not long, but to be fair to luke, that whole organization needs fired... Fox, Heild, Bogdon, Barnes and league leftovers... Basically role players and leftovers... It's a step above a Gleague team. A small step.

Curry with a probable broken hand. The warriors dynasty is officially dead...If it wasn't already.

Holy buckets. What a night. Never want to see a guy get injured, but hope Steph recovers. And man. That little scuffle with KAT and Embiid. Didn’t think much of it until I saw that shot with Embiid poking Kat in the eye. Dirtyyyy. Not surprised. Wonder if it has any spill overt from the IG beef?

Time to try to convince Curry and Klay to retire or demand a trade... Otherwise it's going to be a long few years for those guys.

A fine for that. I wonder how long they both get suspended. Also looked like Simmons was choking KAT and he was tapping out.
