A non biased fan with a ton of time on his hands huh? So, let’s look at head to head:
Oct 23rd:
Kyrie: 50 Points, 8 Rebs, 7 Asts, 17-33, 9-10 3PT, 7-14 FT. (50/40/90.)
Kemba: 12 Points, 2 Rebs, 2 Asts, 4-18 FG, 3-3 FT, 1-6 3PT, 3 TOs (22/75/16).
Oct 25th:
Kyrie: 26 Points, 2 Rebs, 5 Asts, 3 Stls, 8-19 FG, 8/8 FT, 2-8 3PT.
Kemba: 22 Points, 6 Rebs, 2 Asts, 2 Stls, 8-22 FG, 2/2 FT, 2-8 3PT.
Oct 27th & Oct 28th:
Kyrie: 37 Points, 7 Rebs, 7 Asts, 11-27 FG, 10-11 FT, 5-12 3PT.
Kemba: 32 Points, 6 Reb, 4 Asts, 11-17 FG, 3-4 FT, 7-12 3PT.
Oct 30th:
Kyrie: 28 Points, 7 Rebs, 6 Asts, 11-20 FG, 4-5 FT in 30 minutes.
Kemba: 32 Points, 6 Rebs, 6 Asts, 7-19 FG, 14-15 FT in 38 minutes.
If the Celtics felt Kemba was always better they would’ve put together a compelling offer for him. Yet, it was Kyrie and they are still crying. When we are strictly talking head to head as players today one is the leading scorer in the league with Harden and the other...is not.
