Re: NBA Trade Thread
Couple of trade ideas
Porter for Deanglo Russell ( Porter makes like 500k less, Warriors are hard capped)
Young/Sato 2nd rounder for Deanglo Russell (Warriors get solid role player. next year have Curry,Thompson,Young,Green, Looney Sato and lotto pick)
Lavine/2nd rounder for Gary Harris/Porter (We get solid role player and prospect, Denver gets a good SG fit with Jokic)
Lavine for lonzo Ball/E Moore (Ball is improving as a shooter and is a great passer. I like this trade alot actually.Ball/White/Otto/Lauri/Carter with Sato Moore Young your main bench guys. )
What do you guys think works best

Young and porter can’t be traded for Russell we would have no 3 and a glut of PG’s.
Not sure why the Pels want LaVine

Draymond is not a rebuild type guy first and foremost. He would not do well with a young team. He would destroy this team worse than wade did.

You can swap Lauri for Carter since he has the higher ceiling but I just dont see both developing without a great veteran like Green.
Part of the reason why they are 2-4 is they have 3 inexperienced players making a ton of mistakes all at once.
If you want to win games, need veterans as starters.
The real crown jewel is MPJ. He can develop into something close to KD with that jumper.
Lamelo will be a future superstar Bull. Book it. Lavar for president!

Morris has gotten off to a slow start as the backup point for Denver.
Chicago trades: Dunn, Gafford, 2020 2nd rounder
Denver trades: Beasley, Vanderbilt
It’s risky trading Gafford, but that’s the gamble that might get Denver to bite. Denver was unable to sign Beasley long term. Beasley can help fill in behind both Lavine and OPJ.

Re: NBA Trade Thread
I might get executed to even ask this trade proposal.
But how about trading Lauri and Felicio to Bol Bol.
Bol Bol is right now playing with Windy City Bulls so how about giving chance for him if Bol is not seeing NBA court in Denver.
Yes Bol's injury history is worrisome but the talent and potential is still there.
If Bol gets even properly developed he might become next Porzingis.
Bol is really good shooter and excellent shot-blocker and that's ( shot-blocking ) something what Lauri and Felicio hasn't.
Because Bulls already have Kornet it can't get worse with Bol because Kornet is defense liability¨and he can't shoot 3 pointers.
Ps don't take this too seriously i'm just testing how much crap i will get about this.

If you get on trade machine, it quickly becomes apparent that Kris Dunn and his contract is un-tradeable...

I like Lavine for Ball + Moore. I'd want them to add a protected future pick and we add Dunn to make it real interesting.

How are you still on the Bol Bol train? He would be a worse Kornet

NOP wouldn't do it. Ingram and Lavine in same team. That would mean Zion would never touch the ball and that would kind of kill the idea of drafting him. Ball has much higher bball IQ than Dunn or Lavine, so he is much better passer. NOP wouldn't trade their best playmaker. Ball is there to stay unless he really starts to suck.
Those other two make more sense.

Dunn and Valentine are un-tradeable now, but their contracts are ending, so if someone wants to dump some decent player with too high salary they might find a partner. Hopefully that too high salary ends in summer 2021. They alone don't really bring back that high salary, but if you add either Lavine or Porter then who knows. Felicio in other hand.... You pretty much throw in some young good player to get rid of his contract.
So big trade: Lauri, Dunn, Valentine & Porter to SA for Aldridge, Mills and Belinelli. Aldridge, Lauri and Porter are two year contracts, rest are 1 year contracts. Ok, I do know Spurs won't do trades...

Assuming AD comes to Bulls next yr.
Lavine, Carter, Dunn for Jrue, Ball (NOP)
Porter for Hayward (BOS)
Ball/Jrue/Hayward/AD/Lauri is better than his NOP days for Davis.

There is no reason to assume AD is coming here though.

We're not getting AD. Don't set yourself up for disappointment.
Also, we need to trade LaVine. LaVine is not a winning player. This season is a wash. Just develop the young core and gather assets.
