Small sample sz SZN: Image

These players seem to be diverging on their own ways:

Player A: 15 PPG 10 RPG 5 APG on 58/33/68(8 FTA'S per game(!)!)
Player B: 18 PPG 11 RPG 2 APG on 57/50/56

Nunn also one of the 3 players with at least 50 FGA's, and a 50/40/90. Sheesh. Just a 40/30/90 would be coo

Bam is 22 years old putting up elite advanced metrics:

7th in BPM
10th in WS/48
13th in VORP
15th in TS%
23rd in PER

Is it possible he might be a TOP 20 player in the NBA already?

Yes, but probably closer to 30. Maybe he can keep it up all season who knows. (PER is nonsense)

Bam is on the verge of turning that corner and becoming a star. If he starts hitting his mid range jumpers it's over!
I'll say he is at least one more season away from it.

Star is still far reach right now. A star is a player who can carry a team, not just an efficient contributor. He is becoming a high level role player.

Draymond Green does not carry his team and he is considered a star and is getting paid like one. Bam is a double double machine who can average above 5 assists with limited touches, can block and defend multiple positions. He impacts the game in so many ways. Bam is that dude that can help us win like a star does without the need of being the focal point on offense.

Don't consider him a star. Star because of his personality. But Draymond doesn't carry a team. He is a high level role player, glue guy.

Won't disagree with you on that

Edit: But I do believe Bam has star potential and he is not that far from reaching it.

Winslow out. That means Philly Cheese will get some time. If I was Spo, I know he wants to keep Herro on the bench, then I would start Dion with Nunn and Jimmy. How would they play us on D? The 3 of them can score pretty much at will not being the only scorer on the floor. No way the D can focus to stop just one of them.

On D put Nunn on Russ and Jimmy on Harden. Dion could switch as well, he is a solid defender. JJ should play plenty of minutes tonight at PF with DJJ out. Playing a slow back court against the Rockets can back fire on us big time.

Dammit Winslow, I think it's important for Winslow and Butler to experience matching up on top wing duos. They need to learn how they measure up as a tandem. It is important to this team.
