Butler just might belong in 10 best players in NBA discussion again.

Yes, this year might be his chance. He is in his prime without serious injuries. KD, PG13, Klay, Cousins, Oladipo, Wall are all injured. The East is open. The West is a mess, but not as a year ago. That's why Riley is trying to force a trade for the second star in MIA.

Top7 tier is Kawhi, LeBron, Giannis, AD, Curry, Harden, Dame. Then next tier Irving, Embiid, Jokic, Butler, CP3, Westbrook, KAT has been playing close to this level as well.

Good list, but I have KAT in that first tier and maybe Jokic. Add Beal to the 2nd tier take Westbrook and CP3 out. Their time has come and gone.

Jimmy isn't a superstar level player...he is in that 11-15 range.

When he was on Chicago his stats were top 10. Now that he has his own team again his stats will likely be top 10. His game is better than his stats might indicate. 11-15 is fair, but top 10 isn't out of the question.

Anybody think D'lo Russell might wish he had signed with the Wolves instead of the Warriors?

Culver just had the closest brick in the past 3 minutes. Can we please get that 4 pts to break 100 in the final 6 minuts of this game?

He who shall not be named. Wait. Are we talking about Embiid or Butler? hah. Either probably make that difference. First loss comes from Suns.

I'm going to start calling him Cutler with these garbage time scores. But I'm glad someone could finally get those final 4 points to reach 100. Was starting to look like no one would in 5 minutes of the fourth.

They are improved, but I don't think enough people truly understand how much of an advantage the Horford-Embiid frontcourt is for Philadelphia. Losing Embiid changed so much for them in these two games. I honestly believe that had we played them the whole game without Embiid, it would've been far closer and we may have even won.

Blazers are very vulnerable right now...Dame has been playing really well but CJ has been meh so far and their front court is having injury issues with both Nurkic, Collins being sidelined. Wolves

I agree, without Embiid we had a much greater chance. Even if we were without Towns at the time. Horford would be a mess to deal with if alone too. As a combo they are much to deal with. Have to adjust somehow to try and limit that advantage.

It still won't tarnish what Suns made happen. The Wizards faced the Wolves without Kat and could have taken advantage too. They didn't. Wizards played the Spurs and Heat neck and neck, scoring 158 against heat. Where was that offense against Wolves? It doesn't look like the Suns are going to cower to anyone now. The have more defensive energy, more game IQ, and more consistent leadership added to a lot of shooting talent. We are in for a battle in games against them that will demand shooting.
