Couple young bucks needing some guidance. I would hope they could ask someone before they start taking supplements. Especially when it ends up costing them up a third of the season.

A multi vitamin, fish oil, 5 grams creatine and some branch amino acids before working out and that’s it. Everything else comes with the foods you eat.

One thing that stood out to me from the Rox game was how Jimmy played D on Harden with his chest. Arms back. No chance for Harden to do his patented "swipe through, shoot free throws" move. Might not have caught many an eye, but it was beautiful in its fundamentality.
