Coolest non-MJ Player Ever?

I assume we’re talking style of game, in which sure, Air Jordan was cool as hell.

In that regard, I’d pick Dr J as 2. He helped influence Jordan and brought an awesome style to the game.

If it’s image, I still go with Dr J.

If it’s personality, then Jordan doesn’t even belong in the conversation. It would be between Gervin and AI.

Vince Carter was so **** cool.
I didn't see Dr.J or anyone pre 1990's, so i can't comment on that. But that guy VC had so much swag.

Gonna go full homer and say Clyde is number 1 . Fashion, charisma, style of play, you name it, he was the epitome of cool. He's rhyming damn near every other sentence during Knicks game broadcasts. Dr. J for second place, he was of course magnificent on the floor, but off the floor he always came off as a calm and collected dude, especially right now at his old age. Don't ask me why, but he's like...the Clooney of the NBA....

Dr. J's cool game (on and off the court) probably had the fewest weaknesses, outside of MJ. The only vaguely weak spot might have been his jumper, which could have been cooler.

I remember the early 00's when Kobe was biting MJ so hard off the court that he ended up looking unbearably fake. But when Dr. J starts speaking in this video, it's clear that Jordan wasn't afraid to copy someone's off-the-court demeanor as well.

Shawn Kemp was the definition of 1990's hip-hop swag. Dude had the hi-top fade, the attitude, the aggression in his game, and without a doubt the best post-dunk reactions of any player ever. I still from time to time go on Youtube and search out the clip of him dunking over a defender who falls, and Kemp dramatically points and makes this face that says, "gotcha." And the other where Kemp yams on this guy and they awkwardly shake hands without making eye contact a second later. So classic.
