If they do fire fiz, i'd be most interested in giving mike miller a shot for the remainder of the season. See what he can do with this roster. Would actually be worth watching after this disastrous start.

Knowing the knicks, though... they probably go with keith smart.

Some people are so delusional. If Dolan wants Masai and throws enough money Masai will be in NY. I don't care what moral principle this jackwagon thinks Masai has. the Knicks will always be attractive to executives as long as the money is still green and the city is what it is.

Right, but so far all that has done in the past is brought people in who take the money and do absolutely jack-squat.

And why would you, they seriously interviewed Kenny Smith for the job before hiring Fiz.

It's a joke.

Man, all that is overrated. Nobody cares about the Knicks. The Knicks had a chance to sign Kd and Kyrie and both shun them. Stop overrating this wretched Franchise.

There's no salary cap when it comes to hiring executives. If Dolan would have been able to offer as much money as he wanted to to KD and Kyrie they wouldn't be in Brooklyn right now...

They literally turned down more money to come to BKN.

Accept our faults and hope we don't have to throw a billion dollars at talent to join the organization.

Haven't watched a game this season, at least not all the way through. I think the opening night game did it in for me where I completely stopped watching.

I'll still follow the team, of course. But you're not gonna get me to plop down somewhere and watch them for 48 minutes.

I feel for Knicks fans, rooting for the west coast version. Reminds me of the Vlade situation, where the fans want him out, yet he may stick because the owner could be meddling behind the scenes

Sure but that money wasn't unlimited.... Dolan has essentially unlimited money compared to every other NBA Franchise not named the Lakers or Clippers. Again if he had a blank check like he would have with Masai, then KD and Kyrie would be Knicks not Nets.

Fact is there is no name that is a savior. It is why I said in the offseason we are years away from possibly contending. Rj will be on his second contract when we make playoffs. Hope he signs it to be honest

If I'm making $50 million working in an organization I like, and then a guy with a reputation of being extremely toxic, who runs an extremely toxic organization, offers me $100 million to fix his organization, while saying he'll give me full autonomy, yet has been known to promise that in the past and then not let you necessarily have full autonomy, I would absolutely not leave my current situation.

If masai does miraculously come here then I’d bet only one man is safe. Rj is the only one. Knox Mitch and everything will be on the table as he cleans house

Yeah, you build a champ in NYC and you're a legend

And now is the best time to ever take over the franchise with legit cap space and picks

I’ll keep hammering this home. If we signed D’Lo in the off-season, the KP trade would’ve essentially been KP and 2 bad contracts for D’Lo & 2 #’1’s. We would’ve looked like a genius, considering KP’s injury history & ceiling as a #1. DLO/RJ/Mitch core would’ve been really fun
