It's almost certainly a 4-6 week injury unless he had major dislocation ALA Steph Curry

It's definitely going to be between a 4 week to 4 month recovery. They'll narrow it to a more specific timeframe after the surgery.

I don't think this will change the recovery timeline much. However it increases risk for infection when you add metal to the equation. Luckily he'll have plenty of time to recover, but cant this team ever be 100 percent healthy? I really think we'll be hard to beat if we are.

Where are we getting this information from? All I've heard, per Woj, is that he's having surgery and that we'll probably get a specific timetable after that happens.

5-6 weeks according to my medical background. He would be able to play contact basketball in 2 months. So I’m guessing January :)
