I do not like Hood's effort on defense.

Raptor players stunned that the refs actually made a call against them in the 4th quarter.

We are getting beat and outplayed even at home Just about every single game so far. Really a weird season and with all these road games we might be 6-14 or 8-12 at the 20 game mark

Siakim whining to the refs in a game where his team has been the favorite of the refs 95% of the time **** him. Raptors allowed to do anything they want on defense with no calls.

When can Hood be traded? I like his offense and hate his defense.

This team has heart we saw that last year dude! I swear this what have you done for me lately **** is the worst part of this entire site.

They could have laid down to the Thunder last year they didn't.

They could have laid down to a superior Denver team they didn't.

If you want to negate everything the Blazers have done in the past few years because of 10 rough games then go for it enjoy. I don't play that **** game I am disappointed with how this season is going but I don't throw out everything about this team because they are 4-8 or whatever.

This is even more true when the last time we made the WCF was back in the year 2000 so yeah, Lillard and company have done more for the Blazers than a huge list of players drafted or traded for between the years of 2001-2018

This 6-game road trip feels like it could be fairly season-shaping. Hopefully Portland can pull it together on the road like they did early in the season.

I think the roughest part of our schedule is the 3 b2b's in a matter of 12 games now I'm not sure but that seems like a lot to me over a 12 game stretch. Especially when every one of these b2b's have involved travel the night before, they haven't given us one single home game and home game b2b.

I didn’t say anything about the last 19 years so before you misquote me I merely was talking about this season in my quote. I see a team that blows leads, doesn’t show intensity in key moments, and is in every sense of the word gutless so far this year. Now that isn’t always a win-loss statistic but this year I’ve seen too many games that are unimpressive even when you factor in the fact that we don’t have Nurkic and we have a new rotation. I hope they improve and they very well should and probably will, but so far this year it’s been quite a joke of an effort and I wouldn’t pay for a ticket to see that

Watching VanFleet's excellent passing demonstrates the relative inadequacy of the passing by the Blazers starting backcourt. I know a wag will point out that Lillard had more assists tonight. But I am talking about the quality of the passes--their timing, their targeting. Lillard is a fair passer qualitatively; McCullum is not even that, coupled with tunnel vision and a reluctance to surender the ball.

We have 2 very good iso players, is this our scheme or personnel? I sure miss the times when we had Wes-batum-Dame passing the ball around

It's been a rough start. Blazers will get it together. At least we know Little has a pulse.

Yes, both backcout starters are very good to excellent one-on-one players. I think their skills have dictated much of the offensive scheme. I wish, on the other hand, when the defense loads up on them that they could pass out of it better. On the other, other hand, those receiving the pass need to be productive with the ball.

At some point this has to fall somewhat on Stotts. He's not working with the best players, and I understand that, but we've lost to quite a few teams that put less talent on the floor than we theoretically have.
