Probably had to bring him back out of necessity as well with Hicks out 8-10 months after Tommy John surgery.

Says a ton of how low Clint Frazier is on the totem pole that Gardner will likely be the starter again next season.

Think they envision Frazier as a corner outfielder in the majors.

Speaking of CF and corner outfielders. Do you remember that weird time Judge started in CF? That was freaking odd.

That really was. Think it'd be weird for me to see him in LF now too.

Now this is news all of the sudden  . I hate the Astros with a passion and no doubt they are dirty but Fiers does come across as a sore loser, this is a guy who was left off their playoff roster was essentially fired from the team. We can hate them all we want but bottom line you gotta beat them when it counts, still pisses me off we weren't the ones to do it and the Nats did.

How big of a joke are the MLB awards btw DJ isnt even a finalist for MVP and a guy by the last name of Seaman is

And Boone gets screwed out of the MOTY.

You can't tell me there's NY bias with these awards.

Feels like every year one of our players get screwed out of an award.

He's also #66 on MLB.com's Top 100 prospects, #2 in Yankees system (Deivi Garci at #62).

The one he posted today is just stupid.

Look at this swing Springer takes on an 0-2 pitch. Yes it was a hanger, and obviously that pitch can get hit for a HR, but you don't swing like that down 0-2 - dude came out of his shoes - if you're not in cheat code mode.

Of course. :noway:

What's your offseason looking like? Strasburg? Cole? Wheeler? A new catcher (move Sanchez to DH?)?

Hal says he'll look into pitching. I don't think any Yankee fan knows if that's actually the case or not.

Wouldn't be surprised if someone finds something from that Altuve HR off Chapman.

Cashman was on the Kay show and said they'll look into moving Andujar to 1B or OF.

Which I'm like, hey, that's what y'all should've done before the 2018 season instead of leaving his poor defensive ass over there at 3B...

He also said teams are interested in a trade for him, which isn't that surprising. But Urshela has the 3B spot locked, which is good news.

Feel like the Astros should be listed with the Black Sox and Pete Rose and steroid abusers right now. Just ban their asses and vacate their championships.

LMAO. None of this has been proven. Is all we have the word of a disgruntled former employee?

Hal will "look into pitching" and then get none of it that matters.

I think The Athletic's report cited other unnamed sources that are affiliated with the Astros along with Fiers. They allegedly used a camera from the center field wall aimed at opposing catchers and an employee would bang a bat against a trash can or whistle when a breaking ball would be coming. I'm sure people will start combing through videos now.

There's multiple video evidence that have come out through Jomboy or Redditors, you should go check those out.

Blatant banging or whistling going on during a Astros at-bat when signs are being put.

Also, MLB going into investigation and Astros putting out a statement, I think we're past accusations.
