That body and the scoring ability on all three levels is why I went with the old school comps of Mitch Richmond and a more athletic Joe Dumars. But the Richmond comp is legit. You heard it here first.

A little too young to remember Dumars and Richmond in full, but I really like Oladipo comp.

Here you go!

Knickstape21, my bad. I meant to post you a mixtape of Mitch Richmond in his prime last night but just realized I accidently posted the wrong YouTube video.

Here it is FOR REAL now

How tall is Edwards? He's listed at 6'5 but he looks more like 6'3

I live close to the UofA and go to a good amount of games. They have a lowkey nice squad. They play really tough D and they have some guys who can light it up. Joe was pretty nice his freshman year and could see him declaring if he kills it this year. He's fun to watch

I'd be shocked if he didn't declare. Talked with one of his trainers back in March about what he should be working on and gave some thoughts.

He looks like he has come in more polished. I love that he can be lights out from 3, but he also has the ability to fake and blow by. He is pretty crafty around the rim. Seems more quick than explosive, but could be a nice spark player off the bench I think for sure

From what I've seen (only one game live) he isn't the best athlete, far from a bad one, controlled the game well, could get to his spots, and his jumper was pure. Didn't need much space at all. Would be an interesting player if we were able to get another pick in the teens

Besides Cole I don't really see any shooters on this North Carolina team. He's set guys up for open looks all game but they just don't look like they got anybody who can hit shots. Him and Knox would be a great fit no doubt. He just coasted to a 28 point night and didn't even look like he broke a sweat
