Didn't watch the game, but will be happy to see the replay. They deserve one more loss to a bad team, preferably to the Knicks or Cavs.

watching the celtics for the first time this season, they seem beatable if we bring our best on Monday . they look like a perimeter oriented team too.

what happened was the jazz were down 1 with 2.8, they inbounded to mitchell who got stripped, but possibly fouled. since they didnt call anything and utah had no timeouts they couldnt challenge. i enjoyed watchimg donny twirl his hand in their air like it would have done something.

I think they have a good squad. Walker and Tatum are really good, and Brown has stepped up this year. Shame Hayward got hurt right when he was picking it back up though. I think we should be able to give them a good run, especially considering they'll be on a back to back and last game of a 3 game in 4 night run on the road.

and without hayward, they will stand no chance when it comes to having a better looking lineup

What an incredibly boring style of play. Watching the Rockets, I sometimes wonder how he still manages to average 8apg over the past 3 seasons but then again with a near 40% usage rate, it's not totally crazy.

Just looked at Harden's stats and he's averaging nearly 40ppg lol

Boston game just got tougher. Why do these teams have to end their winning streaks just before us?

Yeah, I was watching them play the Lakers the other night thinking "I want to pull for the Kings but they are only two games back of us, so a loss is probably better for those final playoff spots."

Then they beat the Celtics by 1 of course.

My guess is that he'd be the exact same player because he's always been this player.

Frankly, I'd like to see fans take it to management and social media themselves. Let the team know they **** up and that we all know it and that they should too.

Not drafting him will go down as one of the biggest sports failures in history.

I can see if Ayton's a bust, then yes its a bad pick. Ayton is not a bust.

Maybe should be in the Around the NBA thread, but it is contained mostly in the Ayton thread considering the comparison is a suspended guy for drugs and a guy playing better than any player that young in like 16 years.

We can discuss other players. The guy would work well anywhere. He is a generational player. Seems fairly obvious. I know you think or thought he would be a scrub and would suck, but that doesn't mean we can't talk about him.

There's really no argument between Luka and Ayton.

I guess that's true since one probably finishes top 3 in MVP voting in 2nd year barring injury. But obviously what's done is done, so although people talk a lot about Bender and Chriss over Murray/Hield or keeping Bogdan and making taking LeVert and another guy with the other first...or talking about Fox or Isaac over Jackson, but it doesn't seem to bother some as much.

Even if Ayton becomes LMA 2.0 (which I think is his ceiling) and Luka becomes a mixture of Harden/LeBron/Bird 2.0 then the Suns still look stupid passing on him for Ayton.

Suns fans should thank God that at least the Kings and Hawks passed on him too. But in the Hawks case, Trae looks to be the 2nd best player of the draft.
