To me, flu-like symptoms is the flu. Getting a flu shot early really helps. But you're right, these guys are way more susceptible to nasty bugs than I am. I stay home a lot and wash my hands 20 times a day and use a lot of hand sanitizer too. A little tip…put hydrogen peroxide in your ears with a Q-Tip and suck on zinc cough drops. Works for me.
