You can not count san antonio to these teams..they only won titles with tim duncan .even with David Robinson tim was the man..so for me its only one period the spurs was a winning franchise. Of course it is rare a team to have a positive season for 20 years..even the bulls have no winning Tradition...it was only the jordan ära...we had the bad Boys and the going to work Crew.. although 2 not so long era but intensive 5 year runs

I mentioned SA, LA, and BOS because they have the highest winning percentages overall in their history, not because of championships.
