Starting 3rd string center and point guard isn't great.
Favors will have a big night.

Do you prefer to play just seven guys tonight?

Players play through some pain or hurt a lot of time. It is not a big deal.

Mmmh...

No, he won't.

Not at court at least (I can't tell when it comes to whatever plan his wife and him made for tonight)

My back has been giving me problems since Monday too. I can barely walk right now, sitting at my desk for work is hard too. I cant imagine playing an NBA game with back problems.

He needs to rest it for the weekend games.

Indeed.
Boxscore reading aside, he might drop let's say 10p/5r and still being the key player to defeat any team.
I always sustained his performances in Utah were underrated... even more underrated than RR's ones (if possible).

Addedit: Sorry about your back. I hope you get better.
Just remember: amputation is often best solution to pain.

I mean Baynes and Ricky mostly, the others have some discomfort and can play I believe.
To make Rubio play he has to feel much better than last time, and still you have the feeling that he can reagravete the injury or make it chronic.

Back spam can't get chronic for playing a basketball game.
Unless they got your IP adress.

He never had issues in his back before, I just want him to heal it properly.

So JellyRolling submits for a name change, saying "The Drought Is Over" and what happens? He's gone! He will be back though.

Despite some claiming this was the weak part of the start of the season, sometimes you have to get back to the basics:

Yah we're carrying like 7 PGs, there's no point doing that if we're not even comfortable playing them in the case of an injury to our #1.

All playing Ricky does is extend his recovery time. We aren't good enough to win consistently with him less than 100%, which is what we extend if we keep playing him hurt.

We just need a short rotation of:

Tyler
Booker
Bridges
Cam
Oubre
Kamnisky
Daric

Those 7 get the bulk of the minutes...if they need rest or get in foul trouble, throw in one of the other PGs or Diallo.

I'd still probably start Tyler/Booker/Bridges/Cam/Dario and then bring in Oubre for instant energy and Kaminsky to relieve Cam or Dario.....I'd try to have Tyler or Booker be in most of the time though and be the primary ball handler. I think Okobo is pretty good with the ball and Carter isn't bad, and Carter can be a hound on D, so they can be useful, but I would only use them if necessary.

I hope we get Rubio and Baynes back Saturday...kind of sucks we have a b2b...probably means they are more likely to wait until the 2nd game if they do come back, but I guess we will see.

Going to the game tonight. Bought the tickets hoping to see Zion and DeAndre, but I'll just settle for a win tonight.
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Well you will get to see 3 rookies up close...maybe not all you were expecting, but Jaxson Hayes, largely expected to be strictly a raw development player, will likely play quite a bit. Seems to be a bit of a shot blocker. UT centers doing pretty well lately.

According to ESPN, both Okafor and Favors are out, https://www.espn.com/nba/game?gameId=401160856

so they don't have much for bigs either...basically Hayes at C and Ingram at PF, so we can go Cam or Oubre at PF if needed and play pretty small....but our floor spreading will be helpful when Hayes is in because it will render him useless inside.
