Yes and yes. I always liked Waters more anyway. He can run a offense other than just chuck 3s. He is better than Carsen in every aspect imo.

Celtics need bench shooting. Carson makes more sense to be on the team, and Wanamaker is a better player -- today -- than Waters. Maybe that changes as waters develops... but for now Waters wouldn't get minutes over Wanamaker anyway.
