Disappointing. Hopefully it's just protocol. We'll see.

Hope Kemba is okay. I wasn't watching this game, a buddy of mine texted me. Good thing

Get ready for lotsa Wanamaker.

And probably a bit of Tremont until Kemba gets back.

They probably just bring in Tremont..

Beyond being a rook, as a 2-way player he can't be on the roster for that long this season. They'd have to convert him to an NBA contract.

How long can he be on the roster for?

His legs moved. But I didn't see his upper body move at all.

I hope I'm wrong but it looked like a trainer on the right side of Kemba asked if he could give a thumbs up and he was blocked by soemone else, but I don't think he moved his hands or arms.

Who would we trade for him? Unless Kemba is out for the season and we can apply for one of those exemptions. And he’s been playing ok for Washington but hasn’t exactly been setting the world on fire?

We’re not going to get someone to set the world on fire and replace Kemba.

But Isaiah is obtainable and can probably give at least 70% of what Kemba can on offense.

What happens in the playoffs will have a lot more do to with how health the core guys are than what seed the Cs start from. And the Cs have a LOT of players to develop, so injuries are a chance to do that.

Do note, however, that Tremont is on a two-way deal, limiting him to 45 days w/ the club, loopholes aside.

Is there are different basket that's used for the regular season? Is the three point line further out? Everything he did in that Cavs game is translatable to the regular season. He also has 4/5 and 3/4 three point shooting nights in the regular season.

Waters hasn't shown he can do any of that at this level yet. I trust the team is doing their due diligence in evaluating that stuff in practice.

Waters hasn't gotten the opportunity. If Carsen continues to shoot like a bum who knows, Waters may just get his number called.

The answer to a great shooter going on a shooting slump isn't to ship the guy to the G-League lol. Glad Brad doesn't have that mentality and sticks with guys.

I wouldn’t call carsen a great shooter. Especially not in the NBA as a rookie. We’re trying to go deep in the playoffs.

Same here...the game doesn’t seem that important compared to kembas health. I feel for the players... just like with Gordon they had to pick themselves up and keep playing. It can’t be easy

Here's to Kemba being okay folks, I hope that they just stretchered him out as a precaution and not because of anything really bad.

45 total days, including practice, IIRC.

No, just what I saw on the broadcast. Someone on the near tv side was blocking Kemba's hands, right after I saw the trainer on Kemba's right side make the thumbs up gesture. The trainer than touched Kemba's hands area, but couldn't see anything else.

Hopefully we wouldn't even need him for the full 45.

Might be another chance for Romeo Langford also. If Kemba misses extended time, with Hayward already out, you just have to give the kid some burn. Might be the best solution for the lack of play makers on this team.
