You got it. They just beat the Jazz. Now 5-7.... that's about a 10th pick right. No, they seem to be a damn good young team, tho.
Record really doesn't mean a whole lot this early. Point differential is usually a more accurate indicator of where teams will end up. Grizz have a 1 pt OT win vs the Nets, a 2 pt win vs Hornets, and a 1 pt win vs the Jazz. Those are all games that came down to a bounce going one way or the other. They could easily be 2-10. None of their 7 losses were single possession games and one of them was a 32 pt loss to the Magic. You're not going to win every close game throughout the season. That tends to regress to the mean.
No, their -8 point differential, 3rd worst in the NBA says they has a ton of losses in their future.
my thoughts exactly. I'd trade Theis/Semi, griz pick and bucks pick for Ayton maybe but otherwise I hold on to it. I don't see any big men shaking lose or salary i'd give up along with that pick for an upgrade.
Yeah I'd trade a bunch of chaff for the next David Robinson too. Maybe if the Celtics throw in Javonte Green the Suns will send Booker over too.
