2019 Season Record

Post#1 » by HBK9 » Thu Jul 18, 2019 4:40 pm

I think they will go 11-5.

They will win a few games they should lose and lose a few they should win but ultimately end up 11-5.

Just a quick gut feeling for the season below.

@ Washington W
VIKINGS W
@ Oakland W
SAINTS L
CHARGERS W
@ Philadelphia L
LIONS W
@ Los Angeles Rams L
GIANTS W
@ Detroit W
COWBOYS W
@ Green Bay L
CHIEFS L
@ Minnesota W

Whats funny is divison rival fans complains Bears had a 3rd place schedule last season. When actually the NFL strength of schedule they were tied for 8th. This season they are tied for 5th. Biggest reason for the regression talk is number of takeaways. Last season was 37 however takeaways are considered both unpredictable and uncontrollable. Fangio could have stayed and not have had 37 takeaways which means that stat is not dependent on the coach.

Keep watching the video all the way through. Ignore the title.

Ive been to training camp this week. Defense looks awesome and Pagano is just adding on to what Vic built. He isnt removing anything that worked. Bears will not regress this season. Their defense may be situationally different but not worse.

Prediction 12-4, division champs

Last year we didn't have Mack for training camp and we had no bad losses. We had 2 overtime losses by 3, we lost to the Packers by 1 point and Kyle Fuller missed the game winning interception, we were 1 yard away from going into overtime against the Patriots, and we lost to the Eagles by 1 off of a missed field goal. I expect Trubisky to improve and for our defense to dominate. 12-4 sounds right.
