Is D Rose starting instead of Bruce Brown?

I hate this team. I am now 100% onboard for a total reset.

Loathe it to the core.

Done until I see a graphic that states;

The Pistons need a star player a two-way player with some length who can shoot and defend. Andre and Blake are good players but neither is a star player

Blake really doesn't look anything like the player he was last year. Either he is just getting back into the groove and will be back to all star level by mid season, or his years as a top 15 player are over. His movement just doesn't look very good out there.

Feels like Andre has been sulking in foul trouble for the last 8 games or something.

I just want Sekou to get called up and get some experience at this point

Blake may be better suited coming off the bench in time insert sekou in to the starting line up along with Christian woods and bring Blake Off the Bench

That certainly is one way to make Blake demand a trade.

we need to trade Andre for the best available package. Let Charlotte give us anything, really. Hell, I’d let him walk. Bottom line, the dude is a walking empty statline and just doesn’t care about winning. He only cares about his “brand” and getting his numbers.

Blake is clearly not 100% and his is certainly a bit rusty. Also we aren't running as much through Blake since he's been back as we did last season. Casey prefers to have Bruce iso apparently. Even if Blake had been 100% since the start of the year it was unlikely he was going to be able to muster the monster season he had last year anyways. Blake was out of his mind last year. If he had played for a well coached and moderately talented team he would've been in the MVP conversation.

We're winning but the last 10ish games or so are more along the lines of what I expected from this season.

We’re going to win around 38 games this year and pick 14 or 15 in the draft. Can’t wait!!

Man, these game threads don't even get a second page anymore.

I mean, I get it, but ouch.

We'll get 38 wins and there's a solid chance that gets us to the playoffs. Oh goodie. Standings mean nothing at this stage but we jumped like 6 spots in the standings today since everyone else lost. There are now 10 teams with a worse record than us and this time yesterday I think we were tied for the 5th worst. Every loss counts, folks.

Rather lose games and get a top 5 pick than win!

Let's assume we tanked for this 1 season:

We'd draft a PG

Then let Reggie, Thon & Galloway walk which would give us wiggle room under the tax for the first time in ages.

Assume we don't even use the MLE

Retain Drummond & Wood

Dre - Wood
Blake - Kieff
Snell - Sekou
Luke - Brown
Rookie - Rose - Bone

Depending on the development of Sekou, Luke, Brown, Bone and the ability of our rookie PG we'd be better off than we are now simply because of the top 5 pick

This depends on Blake's left knee. I'm beginning to wonder if it's something that can improve or a permanent limitation. If he's only able to perform at 80% for 2/3 of the games we may as well tank for a couple years. Either way, I hope we can move at least one of the expirings for a pick.

Most of these Pistons are below average starters and below average bench players. Bench players are starting and the ones on the bench wouldn't even be on a good roster. That's what I have come to realize.
There is a reason why they only play one or two good games in every 2 weeks.
