I don’t listen to a lot of AM sports radio, but if the 15 minutes a day I do hear is representative, it would appear the state of Wisconsin is starting to notice all the problems re-emerging from the Big Mac era.
Stick to the script, get rid of the ball and put people in positions to do their job. But instead we check out of runs, we wait until 01 on the playclock to snap the ball, ignore the “what the defense gives you”, scramble for a bigger play, put the ball in a position that your player has a 2% chance to catch instead of 50/50 and/or take a drive crippling sack and/or OL gets called for holding.

I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Long term, I think Aaron's infatuation with trying to get the other team to jump offside or catch them with 12 men has been a detriment to the team. He's playing all these side games instead of just running the offense and getting the team in rhythm.

That's part of it. He also likes to wait and see the defensive adjustments until as late as possible. I get it. Makes sense. To a point. I'd like to see some no huddle. Don't let the defense sub in. But our offense requires personnel changes almost every play.

Yeah, in the Niners game thread I said Pettine should go after the bomb to Kittle.
There's just no excuse for guys like him and Travis Kelce to be running wide open in the secondary.
Guys with superior talent beating their man? OK.
The 3rd or 4th option getting open because you're doubling or bracketing their best options? OK.
But don't let Top 5 guys at their position run free.

Dougherty: Packers' disappointing defense lacks talent up the middle
Pete Dougherty, Packers NewsPublished 12:04 p.m. CT Nov. 30, 2019 | Updated 3:34 p.m. CT Nov. 30, 2019
Pettine's players appear to like and respect him, so that's not the issue. But this is a coaching point, which means much of it falls on him and his assistants. The story isn’t finished – there’s still a third of the season to play plus, presumably, the playoffs. But the clock is ticking, and it's a bad sign these things are still happening this often this late in the season.
As for personnel, the biggest issue is the middle of the defense – the interior line and inside linebacker.
On the line, Kenny Clark has been good but not dominant against the run as offenses key on him. Dean Lowry and Tyler Lancaster started well but have had more and more trouble getting off blocks as the season has gone on.
The Packers also don’t have enough talent at inside linebacker, and really, haven’t since going back at least to Desmond Bishop in 2010.
Their every-down inside linebacker, Blake Martinez, piles up tackle stats (a team-high 108 this season), quarterbacks the defense and has that ability coaches love: availability (he hasn’t missed a game in the last three seasons).
But he isn’t dynamic enough to be an every-down player. He’s not explosive or punishing as a run defender, and he’s not fast enough to cover running backs and tight ends. It’s A.J. Hawk all over again.

The quicker Packer fans realize that coaching can only take you so far the better.
With how many picks we've invested into the defense over the better course of a decade you can't help but be disappointed in the results we've seen. It's the reason the defensive failures irritate me more than the offense's.
