Although it wouldn't solve all their problems, I'd try Harris for CP3. CP3/Biid PnR alone is enough to brush them into the Finals

Although it's hard to gouge Simmons value rn, I'd try the McCollum trade tho, or maybe Ingram for Simmons, if Pels are feeling froggy
