i still find it shocking it took them this long to take an L assuming this game is pretty much over

They won't win many games if he has to carry them night in night out. They need others to step up but its hard to see who even has that potential, they are all scrubs

I could see us saying this in every game thread next year

Say the knicks add lamelo or Cole. And then acquire a pick around 10-16 range.
Anyone have a favorite Sg/SF to target in that range

I’ve been going back and forth on LaMelo LOL. My problem with the guards in this draft class is their low FG%, that is why I think Wiseman is still the safe bet for teams that would get the #1 pick.

Wiseman’s midrange shot seems to be money and I see him being like what Stat was for us in 2010 but with elite defense.

Ultimately I have more confidence in my talent evaluation for bigs rather than guards LOL which makes looking at this draft class extremely tricky.

Yeah I feel that this draft is pretty tricky as well. You can literally make an argument for any of the guards being the best pick.

DX also feels like most teams in the NBA have Wiseman as the safe #1 as well. I wonder if that changes if Lamelo and Edwards continue to have strong games. That certainly makes things more interesting.

Stat with elite defense tho... :o perfect next to RJ.

Wiseman and RJ would be such a terrific pairing. I think those two guys can maximize each other’s strengths. It also helps that they are already close.

I think among the top prospects in this draft Wiseman is the best fit for RJ. I’d love to see RJ getting to handle the ball more and be given pick and roll/pop options.

I pray we luck out and land him, but not getting my hopes up too high tho with this team’s luck. But man, that would be an amazing duo and foundation for our team for the next decade.

He's been in my 3-8 ish range since preseason. Actually had him and Cole as the 1A and 1B PGs going into the season. Mannion's passing in the PnR is special.

i dont see why not. he doesnt seem to have a problem playing off ball his team is terrible though so he's high usage on ball right now

honestly id probably just take lamelo he might be the closes to star power out of any of the point guards in the draft.

Precious Achiuwa - perfect wing, loads of potential.

Aaron Henry - Defensive stud at the 3, needs to work on his shooting.

Maybe Josh Green or Cassius Stanley as a two guard, although I doubt Barrett wants to play the three.

How would we get this pick? Knox plus our second this year, maybe another future second rounder?

Might even take him over Cole Anthony. His passing is sick and he make players around him better.

Josh Green from Arizona has the makings of just a solid two way player.

Samuell Williamson from Louisville looks like a homeless man’s Jason Tatum.

I like Obi too as a forward tho.

Look at everyone spending a year setting themselves up for disappointment. Knicks will drop out of the "sure thing" players, due to ping pong balls, take that mediocre guy who "might develop into a star in 4 years" somewhere between 6th and 9th and pass on about two dozen players who can shoot and know how to play basketball, all of whom start getting drafted right after the Knicks select their "prize"

They might take a low IQ/raw big in the 2nd round which might get everyone excited, though.

I have no doubt lamelo turns out to be great if another team gets there hands on him. However if the Knicks draft him I am about 90% sure they ruin him.
Fiz gonna Draft him and tell him. Randle is the point on this team. Set up in the corner Every time up the court

LaMelo goes off against the Breakers and RJ Hampton. I think the Breakers are one of the better teams in the NBL.
